American Beacon Advisors, Inc. (“American Beacon”), an experienced provider of investment advisory services to institutional and retail markets, today announced the launch of the newest addition to its suite of ETFs: the American Beacon The London Company Income Equity ETF (TLIE).

TLIE is sub-advised by The London Company of Virginia, LLC (“The London Company”), a majority employee-owned investment manager founded in 1994 and based in Richmond, Virginia. The new ETF brings The London Company’s flagship Income Equity strategy to investors and advisors for the first time in an ETF wrapper. The London Company’s long-running Income Equity strategy, which represents more than $19 billion in assets under advisement as of August 31, 2026, has been managed continuously since December 31, 1999. Previously available to investors via separately managed account and a mutual fund, TLIE now extends investor access through a tax-efficient ETF wrapper.

TLIE joins its mutual fund counterpart, the American Beacon The London Company Income Equity Fund as American Beacon’s second product sub-advised by The London Company. The launch of TLIE is part of American Beacon’s broader expansion of its ETF lineup, providing financial advisors and their clients additional ways to access established investment strategies.

Greg Stumm, President and CEO of American Beacon Partners, said: “We are very excited to extend our partnership with The London Company to bring their flagship strategy to market as an ETF, providing investors and advisors with a powerful new means through which they can put The London Company’s acumen and experience to work in their portfolios. ETFs may be particularly attractive to tax-sensitive investors, and this ETF is built to play a key role in both income- and equity-focused portfolios.”

The London Company’s Income Equity strategy seeks a concentrated, high-conviction approach, targeting holding 25 to 35 companies. The portfolio management team focuses on identifying businesses with potentially sustainably high and improving returns on capital, utilizing a framework emphasizing balance sheet optimization. The approach also aims to value companies on what they own and owe today rather than on forecasted future earnings.

Stephen Owen, CFA, Principal and Chief Executive Officer with The London Company, said: “Investors have relied on our Income Equity strategy for more than 25 years because of its consistent focus on quality and downside mitigation. Working with American Beacon to launch TLIE gives us an opportunity to bring that disciplined approach to the ETF market and broaden the ways investors can access a strategy we believe is well-suited to navigate a variety of market conditions.”
