International brokerage climbs the list of America’s fastest-growing private companies as agent count grows 64 percent year over year.
NAPLES, FL, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Call It Closed International Realty (CIC), an international cloud-based brokerage built on a 100 percent commission, revenue-share model, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, ranking No. 2,799 nationally. This marks the company’s third consecutive year earning a spot on the prestigious list.
The Inc. 5000 ranks companies based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period and is regarded as one of the most competitive and credible benchmarks of entrepreneurial success in the country. Call It Closed now operates with more than 500 agents across 26 states and internationally, continuing a multi-year run of sustained national expansion.
The recognition follows another major performance milestone earlier this year. In April 2026, Call It Closed earned multiple rankings from RealTrends Verified, one of the real estate industry’s most respected performance benchmarks, including placement among RealTrends Verified Best Brokerages. That recognition came alongside a 64 percent increase in agent count year over year, which fueled a 47 percent increase in transactions and a 43 percent surge in sales volume over 2024.
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 for a third consecutive year means the world to our leadership team,” said Chad Osborne, Co-Founder and CEO of Call It Closed International Realty. “More than anything, this honor is a direct reflection of the relentless hard work, passion, and determination of our amazing agents. We built this company around a simple promise: put the agent first and the growth will follow. Every single ranking we receive belongs entirely to our agents who bring their best every day and choose to build their careers with us.”
“What makes this ranking meaningful is where it’s coming from,” said Aprile Osborne, Co-Founder and Chief Vision Officer of Call It Closed International Realty. “We aren’t chasing growth for its own sake. We’re giving agents ownership, real revenue share, and the tools to build something that’s actually theirs, and that agent-first philosophy is the reason we keep showing up on this list year after year. Congratulations to every CIC agent across the world who made this possible.”
Founded in 2019 by Chad and Aprile Osborne, Call It Closed International Realty set out to challenge the traditional brokerage model with 100 percent commission, a multi-tiered revenue-share platform, and a national, cloud-first infrastructure designed to scale. That model has since expanded the brokerage into 26 states and international markets, with continued growth planned across 2026 and beyond.
